The Australian government has announced Visa Application Charges (VACs) will increase by approximately 7.75 per cent for all visas except Visitor Visas from 1 July 2019. A 5.5 percent increase applies to Visa Application Charge 1 (VAC1), plus a CPI increase of 2.25 percent to VAC 2.
